This is an example of a Drilling and Tapping Machine on Center Column Base with Index we built to our customers needs.  This machine is an 8-Station index with Stations 1-6 being CNC controlled slide units with boring spindles.  Station 7 is a lead screw tapping unit and Station and is Load/Unload of the part.  Stations 1-4 are 4 passes at drilling at a deep hole (1/4″).  Stations 5 and 6 are 2 passes at a counterbore.  Station 7 taps a 10-32 thread at the bottom of the deep hole if needed on special parts.  Call us at  (888) 521-0269 to discuss your requirements.
