This is an example of a Drilling and Tapping Machine on Horizontal Base with Index we built to our customers needs.  This machine was built as a “Set to Master”, which means we only provided the base, index and units assembled and aligned.  Our customer finished the electrical components, controls, programming and fixturing on their floor.  This machine is a 6-Station index with Station 1 being a drill, Station 2 is a counterbore, Station 3 is a chamfer, Station 4 is a back chamfer, Station 5 is a tap and Station 6 (or Home) is Load/Unload.  Call us at  (888) 521-0269 to discuss your requirements.
