This is an example of a Drilling and Tapping Machine on Trunnion Base (3-Way) with Index we built to our customers needs.  This machine is an 8-Station index and produces a valve body every 6 seconds.  Station-1 Left form drills a deep hole into the body, Station-1 Right form drills hole into the body,  Station-3 Left counter bores drilled hole, Station-3 Right counter bores drilled hole, Station-4 Radial form drills hole into the body, Station-5 Radial counter bores drilled hole, Station-5 Right , Station-6 Left taps drilled hole, Station-6 Radial taps drilled hole, Station-6 Right taps drilled hole.
